Santa Cruz New teacher Center: Improving Student Achievement through Teacher Observation and Feedback
2-day workshop (with a follow up day in late spring or early fall 2010)
School leaders explore professional teaching standards and the role of the principal in an effective supervision process. Participants practice lesson observations and coaching conversations through the use of video and role-playing.
